+1 to labquiet_amy. Especially the point about "3%, triglycerides 191 → 91 mg/dL, hsCRP ..." — I have seen the same in my own experience with What is everyone.

Slightly tangential to What is everyone but HPLC_Greg reminded me — does anyone have experience combining this with metformin?
