Update: new pharmacy came through and shipped overnight. Got the vial today — different concentration than I'm used to so I had to redo my dosing calculations. But I'm back on track with no gap in treatment. This community saved my sanity. Seriously.

Glad it worked out Steve. For everyone reading this — this is a good reminder to have a backup plan. Know at least two compounding pharmacies, keep your prescription current, and maintain a relationship with your prescribing doctor. The compounding landscape is volatile right now and disruptions will keep happening.

Good thread with practical advice. Tagging as [PHARMACY DISRUPTION] for the resource library. We've been seeing more of these posts lately, unfortunately. The megathread on pharmacy alternatives is pinned at the top of the Compounding subforum for anyone who needs it.
