To answer Dr.NutriCornell: I get my labs done through Quest every 3 months.

Quick update: my latest labs came back even better. Thanks again for the evidence-based discussion — this is exactly why I posted in a science-based community. 🙏

I know this thread is old but I found it through search and wanted to add my experience with Air fryer recipes thread since this was the most comprehensive discussion I could find.

14 months later, the information in this thread still holds up. My results have been very similar to what was described.

For anyone else finding this through search: the advice here is solid. Just make sure to check for more recent threads too.
