OP here — wow, did not expect this much response! Thank you all for the thoughtful replies on Pet photos thread .

To answer Dr.EndoEP: I get my labs done through Quest every 3 months.

Quick update: my latest labs came back even better. Thanks again for the evidence-based discussion — this is exactly why I posted in a science-based community. 🙏

I know this thread is old but I found it through search and wanted to add my experience with Pet photos thread since this was the most comprehensive discussion I could find.

15 months later, the information in this thread still holds up. My results have been even better than expected based on this discussion.

For anyone else finding this through search: the advice here is solid. Some of the vendor information may be outdated.

Slightly tangential to Pet photos thread but mia_MS2 reminded me — has anyone else noticed changes in their alcohol tolerance?

I know it is not exactly on-topic but it seems related enough to ask here rather than starting a new thread. Apologies if this has been covered — I did search first.

I know this thread is old but I found it through search and wanted to add my experience with Pet photos thread since this was the most comprehensive discussion I could find.

12 months later, the information in this thread still holds up. My results have been consistent with the data shared here.

For anyone else finding this through search: the advice here is solid. The clinical trial landscape has evolved since then.
