📍 Atlanta, GA 🍽️ Slutty Vegan — OK not high protein by default BUT the One Night Stand burger with an extra patty is surprisingly 30g+ protein (plant-based but still). And it's an experience. 📍 Atlanta, GA 🍽️ South City Kitchen — fried chicken breast with collard greens. Southern comfort food that's actually decent protein-wise. ~42g protein. I just eat the breast and a few bites of sides. 📍 Atlanta, GA 🍽️ Wahoo Grill — grilled fish tacos, get just two. Light, 25g protein, and won't make you miserable after. Perfect GLP-1 restaurant meal size 👌

📍 Denver, CO 🍽️ Illegal Pete's — mission-style burrito but I order a "half burrito" (they'll do it if you ask). Chicken + black beans + pico. ~30g protein in the half portion which is perfect. 📍 Denver, CO 🍽️ True Food Kitchen — ancient grains bowl with shrimp. Clean, high protein, anti-inflammatory. Like eating a magazine cover. ~35g protein. Love this thread btw. Can we pin this or make it a living document?? So useful for traveling! ✈️🍽️

True Food Kitchen is SO good, we have one in Chicago too and the grilled fish plate is another great option there. Also just want to add a general tip: most restaurants will let you order appetizer portions of entrees if you ask nicely. I've started doing this everywhere and servers are usually cool about it. "Can I get a half portion of the salmon? I'll pay whatever you think is fair." Works like 80% of the time and saves so much food waste 🙏
