Alright y'all, ever since starting sema I can barely eat a full plate but I NEED my protein. Air fryer has been a literal game changer 🙌 My go-to right now: 🍗 Chicken thighs — 380°F, 18 min, flip once Season with smoked paprika + garlic powder + tiny bit of honey Comes out crispier than any oven chicken I've ever made Getting like 35g protein in one thigh and I can actually finish it without feeling like I'm gonna explode Drop your recipes below, I need variety lol

Oh man this is my thread. OK here's one that sounds weird but trust me: AIR FRYER EVERYTHING BAGEL SALMON - Salmon fillet (wild caught if you're fancy) - Spray with avocado oil - Cover the top in everything bagel seasoning. Like... a LOT of it - 400°F for 7-8 min depending on thickness The seasoning gets all toasty and crunchy. 25g protein per fillet. My wife thought I was a chef 😂

Both of these sound amazing. I've been doing air fryer turkey meatballs and they're stupid easy: 1 lb ground turkey 1 egg 1/4 cup almond flour Italian seasoning, salt, garlic Roll into like 12 balls 375°F for 12 min, shake basket halfway I meal prep a batch on Sunday and just grab 3-4 whenever I need protein. Each ball is about 7g protein. They reheat really well too which is key for us small-meal people 🫡

Can I be the weirdo who air fries tofu? Because air fried tofu is actually incredible and I will die on this hill Press the tofu, cube it, toss in soy sauce + cornstarch + sesame oil. 400°F for 15 min, shake every 5. It gets SO crispy on the outside. Not as protein-dense as meat but still like 20g per serving and it's a nice change. Fight me 😤

no fighting necessary, air fried tofu is legit. I actually do a version with nutritional yeast on top for extra protein + that cheesy flavor. Has anyone tried doing egg bites in the air fryer? I keep seeing it on TikTok but I don't have the silicone molds yet
