YES the egg bites!! I use a silicone muffin mold from Amazon (like $8). Whisk eggs + cottage cheese + whatever veggies/meat you want. Pour into molds. 300°F for 12 min. Each one is like a little protein bomb — about 10g per bite depending on what you put in. I add turkey sausage crumbles and spinach. Make a batch of 6 and they last all week in the fridge. Game. Changer. For mornings when you need protein but can't deal with a full breakfast 🥚

OK one more from me because I'm passionate about this: AIR FRYER GREEK CHICKEN - Chicken breast pounded thin - Marinate in greek yogurt + lemon juice + oregano + garlic for at least an hour - 375°F for 10-12 min The yogurt makes it SO tender even though it's breast meat. Like 40g+ protein and it doesn't feel like eating cardboard which is usually my problem with chicken breast Serve with a little tzatziki and cucumber. Chef's kiss 🤌

This thread is going in my saved posts immediately. Y'all are the best. My air fryer is about to get a WORKOUT this week 💪 Also protip for anyone else on GLP-1s: air fryer portions are naturally small which is perfect for us. No more cooking a huge meal and then staring at it wondering why you made so much food 😅

Late to the party but SHRIMP. Air fryer shrimp is ready in like 5 minutes and it's basically pure protein. Jumbo shrimp + old bay + lemon juice + olive oil spray. 400°F, 4-5 min. Done. 20g protein in like a handful of shrimp. Perfect for when you have zero appetite but know you need to eat something. I literally eat these as a snack now 🍤
