Okay I need help with this — imposter syndrome after weight loss need.

I have been dealing with this for way too long and I am getting frustrated. Googling just gives me contradictory information and my endo does not seem to take it seriously.

Please tell me someone here has been through this and come out the other side. What did you do? What finally worked?

I know there are some really knowledgeable people on this forum so I am hoping someone can point me in the right direction. 😩

To answer the question about Imposter syndrome after weight loss need advice — in my experience this comes down to a few key factors.

I have been dealing with this for over a year now, and what I have found is that individual responses really do vary. That said, the general consensus on Imposter syndrome after weight seems solid.

What specifically worked for me: getting baseline labs before making any changes. I would suggest CryptoCarl try the same approach and reporting back.

Completely agree with Dr.SportsMedIN. I would add that Imposter syndrome after weight also has implications for long-term metabolic health that sometimes get overlooked in these discussions.

In my case, following a similar approach led to significant improvements compared to what I was doing before.

As a pharmacist, I want to add some clinical context to this discussion on Imposter syndrome after weight loss .

Building on what CryptoCarl said — the evidence base here is robust. The key publications to reference are from the STEP program[1].

Key clinical points:

  1. Efficacy is dose-dependent and typically requires 4-5 weeks to reach steady state
  2. Side effect profile is predictable and usually manageable with standard protocols
  3. Monitoring should include baseline labs and follow-up at 3-month intervals
  4. Patient education significantly improves outcomes and adherence

Standard disclaimer: this is educational, not individualized medical advice.
