State pharmacy board compounding is not that straightforward in my experience

This is exactly right. CarlaRPh_TPA articulated what I have been trying to explain to my friends for months. The State pharmacy board aspect is what made the difference for me.

Reading this thread on State pharmacy board hits close to home. Dad of 2 checking in — I started at 273 lbs and felt like I would tried everything.

9 months on tirz and I am a different person. Not just the 48 lbs lost — my energy, my mood, my relationship with food. All transformed.

If you are on the fence about State pharmacy board — take the leap. It was the best health decision I have ever made. ❤️

VanRx_Mike — that is really helpful context on State pharmacy board. Follow-up question: how long did you wait before increasing your dose?

I am in a similar situation (week 4) and trying to set realistic expectations.

To answer tyler_CSCS's question specifically:

From a clinical standpoint, State pharmacy board is a reasonable concern that deserves a thorough answer.

The short answer: the evidence supports this approach for most patients.

The longer answer involves reviewing the specific clinical trial data relevant to your question, which I am happy to elaborate on if helpful.
