Just wanted to say — for anyone reading this Oral GLP-1 adherence thread who is feeling discouraged: it gets better. The first 6 weeks are the hardest. Hang in there. 💪

To answer patPC_UT: yes, I am on compounded sema from a 503B pharmacy.

Quick update: things are still going well. Thanks again for the evidence-based discussion — this is exactly why I posted in a science-based community. 🙏
