How do you guys store your vials when traveling

Wanted to share some data with the community since I know we're all about evidence here.

Background: I have been tracking everything meticulously since starting tirz 12 months ago. Here's what I have found regarding how do you guys store your.

I'll post my numbers below and would love to see others share theirs too. The more data points we have, the better we can all make informed decisions.

Fair warning β€” this is a long post. TL;DR at the bottom for those who do not want the full breakdown.

AussieAnna's experience with How do you guys store resonates deeply with mine. I went through almost the identical process β€” starting dose, titration timeline, side effects, everything.

The main difference: I started 3 months later. But the overall trajectory has been remarkably similar. Down 34 lbs in 9 months.

One thing I would add that AussieAnna did not mention: the mental health improvements were just as significant.

Thanks for sharing this, AussieAnna. A few questions about your How do you guys experience:

  1. What dose did you start at?
  2. How long before you noticed side effects improving?
  3. Did your provider have any specific recommendations about How do you guys?

I am in a similar boat and trying to learn from others' experiences before my next appointment.

OP here β€” wow, did not expect this much response! Thank you all for the thoughtful replies on How do you guys store.

To answer cory_ATX: I get my labs done through Quest every 3 months.

Quick update: my latest labs came back even better. Thanks again for the evidence-based discussion β€” this is exactly why I posted in a science-based community. πŸ™

Relevant to How do you guys store your β€” here is my latest bloodwork comparison:

Key improvements: A1C 7.2% β†’ 5.3%, triglycerides 247 β†’ 117 mg/dL, hsCRP 6.0 β†’ 1.1 mg/L. All on tirzepatide for 15 months.

The inflammatory marker drop is what impresses me most. Consistent with the SELECT trial's cardiovascular findings.
