Just wanted to say — for anyone reading this Oral sema empty thread who is feeling discouraged: it gets better. The first few weeks are the hardest. Hang in there. 💪

To answer Dr.LeslieOBGYN: yes, I am on compounded sema from a 503B pharmacy.
