I respect anders_CPH perspective but I think this oversimplifies things a bit. Re: UK Boots vs LloydsPharmacy 12 — the effect size varies considerably by population.
I am not saying anders_CPH wrong entirely — just that the picture is more nuanced than a blanket statement. The SURMOUNT data specifically shows baseline BMI-dependent responses.

Reading this thread on UK Boots vs hits close to home. Dad of 2 checking in — I started at 289 lbs and felt like I would tried everything.
