- The nausea is temporary. Weeks 2-4 were ROUGH but it passes.
- You will forget to eat. Set reminders.
- Protein first or you WILL lose muscle. Non-negotiable.
- Constipation is real. Fiber and water are your new best friends.
- People will have opinions. Let them.
