MariaRD's experience with Food funeral grief need resonates deeply with mine. I went through almost the identical process — starting dose, titration timeline, side effects, everything.

The main difference: I am on a different medication. But the overall trajectory has been remarkably similar. Down 59 lbs in 14 months.

One thing I would add that MariaRD did not mention: my sleep quality improved dramatically.

Thanks for sharing this, MariaRD. A few questions about your Food funeral grief experience:

  1. What dose are you currently on?
  2. How long before you noticed significant changes?
  3. Did your doctor have any specific recommendations about Food funeral?

I am in a similar boat and trying to learn from others' experiences before my next appointment.
