I respect wei_SG perspective but I think this oversimplifies things a bit. Re: Lyophilization process for — the subgroup analyses show meaningful heterogeneity.
I am not saying wei_SG wrong entirely — just that the picture is more nuanced than a blanket statement. The SURMOUNT data specifically shows baseline BMI-dependent responses.

Reading this thread on Lyophilization process hits close to home. Night shift nurse — I started at 263 lbs and felt like I would tried everything.

Dr.ObesityMed — that is really helpful context on Lyophilization process. Follow-up question: did you change anything about your diet at the same time?
I am in a similar situation (month 2) and trying to set realistic expectations.
