Italy AIFA reimbursement anyone is not that straightforward in my experience

This is exactly right. PharmacoVig_BOS articulated what I have been trying to explain to my friends for months. The Italy AIFA reimbursement aspect is what made the difference for me.

Reading this thread on Italy AIFA reimbursement hits close to home. Dad of 2 checking in — I started at 277 lbs and felt like I would tried everything.

13 months on tirz and I am a different person. Not just the 52 lbs lost — my energy, my mood, my relationship with food. All transformed.

If you are on the fence about Italy AIFA reimburse — take the leap. It was the best health decision I have ever made. ❤️

Dr.SportsMedIN — that is really helpful context on Italy AIFA reimbursement . Follow-up question: how long did you wait before increasing your dose?

I am in a similar situation (week 4) and trying to set realistic expectations.

To answer newstart_MO's question specifically:

From a clinical standpoint, Italy AIFA reimbursement is a reasonable concern that deserves a thorough answer.

The short answer: the evidence supports this approach for most patients.

The longer answer involves reviewing the specific clinical trial data relevant to your question, which I am happy to elaborate on if helpful.
