Clinical perspective on My cardiologist just high-fived me at my:

I have managed roughly 300 patients on GLP-1 therapy and this topic comes up frequently. What the data shows — and what I see in practice — is that proper titration prevents most adverse events.

For this specific question, I would recommend: reviewing the relevant clinical guidelines.

I respect Admin perspective but I think this oversimplifies things a bit. Re: My cardiologist just — the effect size varies considerably by population.

I am not saying Admin wrong entirely — just that the picture is more nuanced than a blanket statement. The STEP data specifically shows dose-dependent variation.

Reading this thread on My cardiologist just hits close to home. Dad of 2 checking in — I started at 297 lbs and felt like I would tried everything.

13 months on tirz and I am a different person. Not just the 72 lbs lost — my energy, my mood, my relationship with food. All transformed.

If you are on the fence about My cardiologist just — take the leap. It was the best health decision I have ever made. ❤️
