Has anyone dealt with glp-1 receptor expression in cardiac tissue?

Wanted to share some data with the community since I know we're all about evidence here.

Background: I have been tracking everything meticulously since starting tirz 12 months ago. Here's what I have found regarding has anyone dealt with glp-1 receptor.

I'll post my numbers below and would love to see others share theirs too. The more data points we have, the better we can all make informed decisions.

Fair warning β€” this is a long post. TL;DR at the bottom for those who do not want the full breakdown.

SleepFixSam's experience with Has anyone dealt with resonates deeply with mine. I went through almost the identical process β€” starting dose, titration timeline, side effects, everything.

The main difference: I started 3 months later. But the overall trajectory has been remarkably similar. Down 54 lbs in 9 months.

One thing I would add that SleepFixSam did not mention: the mental health improvements were just as significant.

Thanks for sharing this, SleepFixSam. A few questions about your Has anyone dealt experience:

  1. What dose did you start at?
  2. How long before you noticed side effects improving?
  3. Did your provider have any specific recommendations about Has anyone deal?

I am in a similar boat and trying to learn from others' experiences before my next appointment.

OP here β€” wow, did not expect this much response! Thank you all for the thoughtful replies on Has anyone dealt with.

To answer Dr.RaviCardio: I get my labs done through Quest every 3 months.

Quick update: my latest labs came back even better. Thanks again for the evidence-based discussion β€” this is exactly why I posted in a science-based community. πŸ™

Relevant to Has anyone dealt with glp-1 β€” here is my latest bloodwork comparison:

Key improvements: A1C 8.0% β†’ 5.3%, triglycerides 247 β†’ 117 mg/dL, hsCRP 6.0 β†’ 1.1 mg/L. All on tirzepatide for 15 months.

The inflammatory marker drop is what impresses me most. Consistent with the SELECT trial's cardiovascular findings.
