How do you all handle i stopped wanting wine and i?

Looking for practical tips, not theoretical. What does your actual routine look like? Step by step if possible.

I have tried following the wiki guide but need to adapt it to my situation.

Dr.BariatricHTX's experience with I stopped wanting wine resonates deeply with mine. I went through almost the identical process — starting dose, titration timeline, side effects, everything.

The main difference: I started 3 months later. But the overall trajectory has been remarkably similar. Down 34 lbs in 9 months.

One thing I would add that Dr.BariatricHTX did not mention: the mental health improvements were just as significant.

Thanks for sharing this, Dr.BariatricHTX. A few questions about your I stopped wanting experience:

  1. What dose worked best for you?
  2. How long before you noticed appetite suppression kicking in?
  3. Did your endo have any specific recommendations about I stopped wanti?

I am in a similar boat and trying to learn from others' experiences before my next appointment.

OP here — wow, did not expect this much response! Thank you all for the thoughtful replies on I stopped wanting wine.

To answer HealthEcon_DC: I get my labs done through Quest every 3 months.

Quick update: my latest labs came back even better. Thanks again for the evidence-based discussion — this is exactly why I posted in a science-based community. 🙏

Relevant to I stopped wanting wine and I — here is my latest bloodwork comparison:

Key improvements: A1C 7.2% → 5.3%, triglycerides 227 → 97 mg/dL, hsCRP 6.0 → 0.9 mg/L. All on tirzepatide for 7 months.

The inflammatory marker drop is what impresses me most. Consistent with the SELECT trial's cardiovascular findings.
