Tirz + walking = the only β€” I finally have something positive to report and wanted to share.

After 6 months of ups and downs, things are clicking. My latest measurements confirmed what I have been feeling β€” this is working.

Not trying to brag β€” I know everyone's journey is different. Just want to put some positive energy out there for anyone who needs it today. ❀️

wanda_boise's experience with Tirz + walking = the only resonates deeply with mine. I went through almost the identical process β€” starting dose, titration timeline, side effects, everything.

The main difference: I titrated faster. But the overall trajectory has been remarkably similar. Down 56 lbs in 11 months.

One thing I would add that wanda_boise did not mention: the relationship with food fundamentally changed.

Thanks for sharing this, wanda_boise. A few questions about your Tirz + walking = the experience:

  1. What dose are you currently on?
  2. How long before you noticed significant changes?
  3. Did your doctor have any specific recommendations about Tirz + walking?

I am in a similar boat and trying to learn from others' experiences before my next appointment.

OP here β€” wow, did not expect this much response! Thank you all for the thoughtful replies on Tirz + walking = the only.

To answer Dr.NutriCornell: yes, I am on compounded sema from a 503B pharmacy.

Quick update: things are still going well. Thanks again for the evidence-based discussion β€” this is exactly why I posted in a science-based community. πŸ™

Relevant to Tirz + walking = the only β€” here is my latest bloodwork comparison:

Key improvements: A1C 8.4% β†’ 5.5%, triglycerides 249 β†’ 119 mg/dL, hsCRP 8.0 β†’ 1.3 mg/L. All on tirzepatide for 17 months.

The inflammatory marker drop is what impresses me most. Consistent with the SELECT trial's cardiovascular findings.
