Flying to Mexico next week with my Mounjaro pen and I'm low-key stressed about TSA. Do I need a doctor's note? Does it need to stay cold? Is TSA going to interrogate me?? Share your travel stories and tips please! 🛫

Done this probably 30 times now. Here's the deal:
- TSA does NOT require a doctor's note for injectable medications. It's allowed through security.
- Keep it in the original pharmacy packaging with your name on it
- Use a small insulated bag with an ice pack (the Frio wallet is amazing for this)
- Declare it at the security checkpoint — just say "I have injectable medication"

I was SO nervous my first time. I declared my medication and the TSA agent literally said "oh my wife uses that!" and waved me through 😂 We are EVERYWHERE.

Pro tip: if you're crossing time zones, keep your shot day on YOUR home time zone for the first trip. Switching time zones for injection timing is unnecessary stress. A few hours difference doesn't matter — ask your doctor but mine said +/- 24 hours is totally fine.
