To answer Dr.SleepRoch: yes, I am on compounded sema from a 503B pharmacy.

Quick update: things are still going well. Thanks again for the evidence-based discussion — this is exactly why I posted in a science-based community. 🙏

+1 to SleepDoc_PDX. Especially the point about "3%, triglycerides 223 → 93 mg/dL, hsCRP ..." — I have seen the same in my own experience with Canadian GLP-1 coverage .
