The compounding pharmacy vs is not that straightforward in my experience

This is exactly right. COA_Karl articulated what I have been trying to explain to my friends for months. The The compounding pharmacy aspect is what made the difference for me.

Reading this thread on The compounding pharmacy hits close to home. Dad of 2 checking in — I started at 281 lbs and felt like I would tried everything.

7 months on tirz and I am a different person. Not just the 56 lbs lost — my energy, my mood, my relationship with food. All transformed.

If you are on the fence about The compounding — take the leap. It was the best health decision I have ever made. ❤️

Dr.PathRoch — that is really helpful context on The compounding pharmacy. Follow-up question: how long did you wait before increasing your dose?

I am in a similar situation (week 4) and trying to set realistic expectations.

To answer adam_van's question specifically:

From a clinical standpoint, The compounding pharmacy vs is a reasonable concern that deserves a thorough answer.

The short answer: the evidence supports this approach for most patients.

The longer answer involves reviewing the specific clinical trial data relevant to your question, which I am happy to elaborate on if helpful.
