Just had to share this with someone who would understand — italy aifa reimbursement what worked for.

Got my latest A1C and I am genuinely emotional right now. 12 months in and the progress is real.

Details in the comments but wanted to start this thread because I think others going through the same thing need to see that it works.

GraceAZ_72's experience with Italy AIFA reimbursement resonates deeply with mine. I went through almost the identical process — starting dose, titration timeline, side effects, everything.

The main difference: I started 3 months later. But the overall trajectory has been remarkably similar. Down 38 lbs in 13 months.

One thing I would add that GraceAZ_72 did not mention: the mental health improvements were just as significant.

Thanks for sharing this, GraceAZ_72. A few questions about your Italy AIFA reimburse experience:

  1. What dose worked best for you?
  2. How long before you noticed appetite suppression kicking in?
  3. Did your endo have any specific recommendations about Italy AIFA reim?

I am in a similar boat and trying to learn from others' experiences before my next appointment.

Relevant to Italy AIFA reimbursement what — here is my latest bloodwork comparison:

Key improvements: A1C 8.0% → 5.3%, triglycerides 191 → 91 mg/dL, hsCRP 6.0 → 0.9 mg/L. All on tirzepatide for 7 months.

The inflammatory marker drop is what impresses me most. Consistent with the SELECT trial's cardiovascular findings.
