Reading this thread on Zepbound vs Mounjaro hits close to home. Dad of 2 checking in — I started at 269 lbs and felt like I would tried everything.

Relevant to Zepbound vs Mounjaro need — here is my latest bloodwork comparison:
Key improvements: A1C 8.4% → 5.5%, triglycerides 201 → 101 mg/dL, hsCRP 8.0 → 1.3 mg/L. All on tirzepatide for 17 months.
