Relevant to Beyond-use dating 28 days vs — here is my latest bloodwork comparison:

Key improvements: A1C 7.6% → 5.5%, triglycerides 217 → 117 mg/dL, hsCRP 8.0 → 1.1 mg/L. All on tirzepatide for 9 months.

The inflammatory marker drop is what impresses me most. Consistent with the SELECT trial's cardiovascular findings.

OP here — wow, did not expect this much response! Thank you all for the thoughtful replies on Beyond-use dating 28 days.

To answer DoseLogDan: I get my labs done through Quest every 3 months.

Quick update: my latest labs came back even better. Thanks again for the evidence-based discussion — this is exactly why I posted in a science-based community. 🙏

Want to share my personal experience related to Beyond-use dating 28 days vs since I think it might help others in a similar situation.

I started my GLP-1 journey in October 2024 at 260 lbs with prediabetes and hypertension. My endocrinologist prescribed semaglutide 0.25mg to start.

Now, 16 months later: I am down 35 lbs, my labs have normalized, and I am off 2 of my 3 medications. The Beyond-use dating 28 aspect specifically was something that made a big difference in my journey.

This community helped me every step of the way.
