Reading this thread on Sleep quality changes on hits close to home. Dad of 2 checking in — I started at 285 lbs and felt like I would tried everything.

Relevant to Sleep quality changes on GLP-1 — here is my latest bloodwork comparison:

Key improvements: A1C 8.4% → 5.5%, triglycerides 237 → 107 mg/dL, hsCRP 8.0 → 1.3 mg/L. All on tirzepatide for 17 months.

The inflammatory marker drop is what impresses me most. Consistent with the SELECT trial's cardiovascular findings.

+1 to anders_CPH. Especially the point about "Sleep quality changes on is exactly what..." — I have seen the same in my own experience with Sleep quality changes on.
