Reading this thread on Has anyone dealt with my hits close to home. Dad of 2 checking in — I started at 297 lbs and felt like I would tried everything.
13 months on tirz and I am a different person. Not just the 72 lbs lost — my energy, my mood, my relationship with food. All transformed.

To answer zoe_NC: yes, I am on compounded sema from a 503B pharmacy.
Quick update: things are still going well. Thanks again for the evidence-based discussion — this is exactly why I posted in a science-based community. 🙏
