Reading this thread on What I wish I knew before hits close to home. Dad of 2 checking in — I started at 285 lbs and felt like I would tried everything.

11 months on tirz and I am a different person. Not just the 60 lbs lost — my energy, my mood, my relationship with food. All transformed.

If you are on the fence about What I wish I knew — take the leap. It was the best health decision I have ever made. ❤️

Relevant to What I wish I knew before — here is my latest bloodwork comparison:

Key improvements: A1C 8.4% → 5.5%, triglycerides 197 → 97 mg/dL, hsCRP 8.0 → 0.9 mg/L. All on tirzepatide for 13 months.

The inflammatory marker drop is what impresses me most. Consistent with the SELECT trial's cardiovascular findings.
