It is late and I can not sleep so I am posting about my appetite is literally gone is.

I have been putting off posting this but here goes.

Sorry if this is rambly — I just needed to get it out somewhere that people would understand. You all have been through it.

To answer the question about My appetite is literally gone is this normal at 10mg anyone have experience? — in my experience this comes down to a few key factors.

I have been dealing with this for over a year now, and what I have found is that individual responses really do vary. That said, the general consensus on My appetite is literally gone seems solid.

What specifically worked for me: getting baseline labs before making any changes. I would suggest KetoKyle try the same approach and reporting back.

Completely agree with PurityPaulOR. I would add that My appetite is literally gone also has implications for long-term metabolic health that sometimes get overlooked in these discussions.

In my case, following a similar approach led to significant improvements compared to what I was doing before.

As a pharmacist, I want to add some clinical context to this discussion on My appetite is literally gone is this.

Building on what KetoKyle said — the evidence base here is robust. The key publications to reference are from the FLOW program[1].

Key clinical points:

  1. Efficacy is dose-dependent and typically requires 4-5 weeks to reach steady state
  2. Side effect profile is predictable and usually manageable with standard protocols
  3. Monitoring should include baseline labs and follow-up at 3-month intervals
  4. Patient education significantly improves outcomes and adherence

Standard disclaimer: this is educational, not individualized medical advice.
