Hey everyone. I have been on tirzepatide for about 6 months now and wanted to get the community's take on something.

Has anyone dealt with tirz + walking = the only combo i needed apparently?

I have been reading through old threads but have not found exactly what I'm looking for. My situation: I have been wondering about has anyone dealt with tirz + and I am not sure what to make of it.

Has anyone else dealt with this? What was your experience? My PCP was not super helpful — just said to "monitor it" which is not exactly actionable advice lol.

The main difference: I am on a different medication. But the overall trajectory has been remarkably similar. Down 55 lbs in 10 months.
