I know this thread is old but I found it through search and wanted to add my experience with TRIUMPH program trial since this was the most comprehensive discussion I could find.
12 months later, the information in this thread still holds up. My results have been consistent with the data shared here.
For anyone else finding this through search: the advice here is solid. The clinical trial landscape has evolved since then.

To answer TrialTracker_MD: yes, I am on compounded sema from a 503B pharmacy.
