πŸŽ‰ MILESTONE: Has anyone dealt with do the!

I can not believe I am typing this. 6 months ago I never thought I would be here.

Numbers: Started at 260 lbs, currently at 200 lbs.

Thank you to this community for keeping me sane through the hard parts. You know who you are. πŸ™

CanadaChris's experience with Has anyone dealt with do resonates deeply with mine. I went through almost the identical process β€” starting dose, titration timeline, side effects, everything.

The main difference: I am on a different medication. But the overall trajectory has been remarkably similar. Down 35 lbs in 10 months.

One thing I would add that CanadaChris did not mention: my sleep quality improved dramatically.

Thanks for sharing this, CanadaChris. A few questions about your Has anyone dealt experience:

  1. What dose are you currently on?
  2. How long before you noticed significant changes?
  3. Did your doctor have any specific recommendations about Has anyone deal?

I am in a similar boat and trying to learn from others' experiences before my next appointment.

OP here β€” wow, did not expect this much response! Thank you all for the thoughtful replies on Has anyone dealt with do.

To answer tom_AK: I started tracking everything in a spreadsheet from day 1.

Quick update: I will post a proper update thread soon. Thanks again for the evidence-based discussion β€” this is exactly why I posted in a science-based community. πŸ™
