I want to add my customer service experience since it's slightly different.
I had a situation where I received my order but the tirz vials were labeled as sema vials (label mix-up, not content mix-up — I tested and the contents were correct tirzepatide at 98.6% purity). I reported this to WWB and their response was:
> "Very sorry for label error. We have improved our labeling process. For your inconvenience we will add 2 extra vials of tirzepatide to your next order free of charge."
They followed through on it too. My next order had the 2 free vials as promised. That's good customer service — owning the mistake and making it right.
The only criticism I have is their hours. If something goes wrong and it's 2 AM in China, you're waiting 8-10 hours for a response. But that's just the reality of dealing with an overseas vendor.
