Just wanted to say — for anyone reading this Cortisol and GLP-1 thread who is feeling discouraged: it gets better. The first month are the hardest. Hang in there. 💪

anna.melb_AU — that is really helpful context on Cortisol and GLP-1 need. Follow-up question: how long did you wait before increasing your dose?

I am in a similar situation (week 4) and trying to set realistic expectations.

Reading this thread on Cortisol and GLP-1 need hits close to home. Night shift nurse — I started at 283 lbs and felt like I would tried everything.

9 months on tirz and I am a different person. Not just the 58 lbs lost — my energy, my mood, my relationship with food. All transformed.

If you are on the fence about Cortisol and GLP-1 — take the leap. It was the best health decision I have ever made. ❤️
