I know this thread is old but I found it through search and wanted to add my experience with What "Verified" means since this was the most comprehensive discussion I could find.

10 months later, the information in this thread still holds up. My results have been very similar to what was described.

For anyone else finding this through search: the advice here is solid. Just make sure to check for more recent threads too.

LindaRN_retired — that is really helpful context on What "Verified" means . Follow-up question: did you experience any side effects during this phase?

I am in a similar situation (about to start) and trying to set realistic expectations.

Want to share my personal experience related to What "Verified" means our since I think it might help others in a similar situation.

I started my GLP-1 journey in March 2025 at 272 lbs with metabolic syndrome. My telehealth provider prescribed semaglutide 0.25mg to start.

Now, 16 months later: I am down 82 lbs, my labs have normalized, and my sleep apnea has improved dramatically. The What "Verified" aspect specifically was something that made a big difference in my journey.

This forum was my go-to resource throughout.

For anyone else finding this through search: the advice here is solid. Some of the vendor information may be outdated.

Want to share my personal experience related to What "Verified" means our since I think it might help others in a similar situation.

I started my GLP-1 journey in October 2024 at 289 lbs with prediabetes and hypertension. My endocrinologist prescribed semaglutide 0.25mg to start.

Now, 8 months later: I am down 89 lbs, my labs have normalized, and I am off 2 of my 3 medications. The What "Verified" aspect specifically was something that made a big difference in my journey.
