+1 to newstart_MO. Especially the point about "The first 6 weeks are the hardest..." — I have seen the same in my own experience with What "Verified" means .

I know this thread is old but I found it through search and wanted to add my experience with What "Verified" means since this was the most comprehensive discussion I could find.
10 months later, the information in this thread still holds up. My results have been very similar to what was described.
For anyone else finding this through search: the advice here is solid. Just make sure to check for more recent threads too.
