Reading this thread on Anti-thrombotic hits close to home. Night shift nurse — I started at 299 lbs and felt like I would tried everything.

Relevant to Anti-thrombotic properties of — here is my latest bloodwork comparison:
Key improvements: A1C 8.0% → 5.3%, triglycerides 231 → 101 mg/dL, hsCRP 6.0 → 1.3 mg/L. All on tirzepatide for 11 months.
