Mounjaro savings card update July is not that straightforward in my experience

This is exactly right. JessicaH_TX articulated what I have been trying to explain to my friends for months. The Mounjaro savings card aspect is what made the difference for me.

Reading this thread on Mounjaro savings card hits close to home. Dad of 2 checking in — I started at 297 lbs and felt like I would tried everything.

13 months on tirz and I am a different person. Not just the 72 lbs lost — my energy, my mood, my relationship with food. All transformed.

If you are on the fence about Mounjaro savings — take the leap. It was the best health decision I have ever made. ❤️

paige_pharma — that is really helpful context on Mounjaro savings card. Follow-up question: how long did you wait before increasing your dose?

I am in a similar situation (week 4) and trying to set realistic expectations.

To answer Dr.PainCLE's question specifically:

From a clinical standpoint, Mounjaro savings card update is a reasonable concern that deserves a thorough answer.

The short answer: the evidence supports this approach for most patients.

The longer answer involves reviewing the specific clinical trial data relevant to your question, which I am happy to elaborate on if helpful.
