I respect SarahChen_PharmD perspective but I think this oversimplifies things a bit. Re: Mounjaro savings card update — the effect size varies considerably by population.
I am not saying SarahChen_PharmD wrong entirely — just that the picture is more nuanced than a blanket statement. The SURMOUNT data specifically shows baseline BMI-dependent responses.

Reading this thread on Mounjaro savings card hits close to home. Dad of 2 checking in — I started at 273 lbs and felt like I would tried everything.
