To answer AmyNC_wife's question specifically:

From a clinical standpoint, USDT (Tether) for pharmacy is a reasonable concern that deserves a thorough answer.

The short answer: the evidence supports this approach for most patients.

The longer answer involves reviewing the specific clinical trial data relevant to your question, which I am happy to elaborate on if helpful.

Want to share my personal experience related to USDT (Tether) for pharmacy since I think it might help others in a similar situation.

I started my GLP-1 journey in March 2025 at 254 lbs with metabolic syndrome. My telehealth provider prescribed semaglutide 0.25mg to start.

Now, 10 months later: I am down 74 lbs, my labs have normalized, and my sleep apnea has improved dramatically. The USDT (Tether) for aspect specifically was something that made a big difference in my journey.

This forum was my go-to resource throughout.

JenPlateau — that is really helpful context on USDT (Tether) for. Follow-up question: did you experience any side effects during this phase?

I am in a similar situation (about to start) and trying to set realistic expectations.
