Sharing some hard-won wisdom about communicating with QSC:
DO:
- Be concise and specific
- Include order numbers, batch numbers, photos
- Use email for complex issues
- Be patient — 24-48 hours is normal
- Ask one question per message (multiple questions in one email often results in only the first being answered)
DON'T:
- Send follow-up emails before 48 hours (it pushes your ticket to the back of the queue in many CS systems)
- Ask for discounts or freebies (they don't negotiate)
- Be rude or threatening (obvious but needs saying)
- Use the website chat function (broken/unmanned)
- Ask for COAs via email (they're on the website under each product now)
Following these rules has given me a 100% issue resolution rate across 4 orders. 📝
