Check the batch number on your vials. If it's WS-SEM-2026-0227, contact WWB and they should replace it since they've acknowledged the issue.
As for safety at 97.1% — yes, it's still considered acceptable purity for research peptides. The 2.9% impurity is likely degradation products of semaglutide itself, not random contaminants. Many vendors sell product in the 96-98% range as standard.
That said, if I had other options on hand, I'd personally use a higher-purity batch and set this one aside. The visual differences (yellow tint) bother me more than the number. In biochem, clear and colorless is always what you want.
If it's your first order and you don't have prior WWB experience for comparison, I'd recommend testing 1 vial through Janoshik before using. $135 for peace of mind.
