Cash vs crypto vs card — what worked for you?

Wanted to share some data with the community since I know we're all about evidence here.

Background: I have been tracking everything meticulously since starting tirz 12 months ago. Here's what I have found regarding cash vs crypto vs card what.

I'll post my numbers below and would love to see others share theirs too. The more data points we have, the better we can all make informed decisions.

Fair warning — this is a long post. TL;DR at the bottom for those who do not want the full breakdown.

MarkLI_maint's experience with Cash vs crypto vs card resonates deeply with mine. I went through almost the identical process — starting dose, titration timeline, side effects, everything.

The main difference: I titrated faster. But the overall trajectory has been remarkably similar. Down 40 lbs in 5 months.

One thing I would add that MarkLI_maint did not mention: the relationship with food fundamentally changed.

Thanks for sharing this, MarkLI_maint. A few questions about your Cash vs crypto vs experience:

  1. What dose did you start at?
  2. How long before you noticed side effects improving?
  3. Did your provider have any specific recommendations about Cash vs crypto?

I am in a similar boat and trying to learn from others' experiences before my next appointment.

Relevant to Cash vs crypto vs card what — here is my latest bloodwork comparison:

Key improvements: A1C 8.4% → 5.5%, triglycerides 193 → 93 mg/dL, hsCRP 8.0 → 1.1 mg/L. All on tirzepatide for 9 months.

The inflammatory marker drop is what impresses me most. Consistent with the SELECT trial's cardiovascular findings.
