IGF-1 levels on GLP-1 need advice — I finally have something positive to report and wanted to share.

After 6 months of ups and downs, things are clicking. My latest measurements confirmed what I have been feeling — this is working.

Not trying to brag — I know everyone's journey is different. Just want to put some positive energy out there for anyone who needs it today. ❤️

JenMemphis's experience with IGF-1 levels on GLP-1 resonates deeply with mine. I went through almost the identical process — starting dose, titration timeline, side effects, everything.

The main difference: I had more GI issues initially. But the overall trajectory has been remarkably similar. Down 45 lbs in 10 months.

One thing I would add that JenMemphis did not mention: insurance coverage was a major hurdle.

Thanks for sharing this, JenMemphis. A few questions about your IGF-1 levels on experience:

  1. What dose are you currently on?
  2. How long before you noticed significant changes?
  3. Did your doctor have any specific recommendations about IGF-1 levels on?

I am in a similar boat and trying to learn from others' experiences before my next appointment.

OP here — wow, did not expect this much response! Thank you all for the thoughtful replies on IGF-1 levels on GLP-1 .

To answer ben_calgary: my doctor and I discussed the options and went with brand.

Quick update: I have noticed more improvement since posting this. Thanks again for the evidence-based discussion — this is exactly why I posted in a science-based community. 🙏
