Just got my Janoshik results back for Wuhan Wansheng Biotechnology semaglutide and wanted to share the full breakdown with the community. Sample: WWB Semaglutide 10mg vial (batch #WS-SEM-2026-0118) Test Date: February 2026 Lab: Janoshik Analytical (Czech Republic) 📋 Results: | Parameter | Result | Specification | |-----------|--------|---------------| | HPLC Purity | 99.2% | >95% | | Peptide Content | 97.8% | >90% | | Water Content | 1.8% | <6% | | Acetate Content | 0.4% | <3% | | Appearance | White lyophilized powder | White powder | | Molecular Weight Confirmed | Yes (4113.58 Da) | 4113.58 Da | Really happy with these numbers. The 99.2% HPLC purity is excellent — well above the 97% threshold most of us look for. Peptide content at 97.8% means the actual peptide yield per vial is very close to the labeled 10mg. Certificate scan attached (personal info redacted). Total testing cost was $135 for the full panel.

That's a clean certificate. 99.2% is genuinely impressive for a Chinese peptide supplier. A few questions: 1. How many vials did you order? Did you test from the same batch or randomly pick one? 2. Did you notice any difference in the cake appearance vs other vendors? 3. What was the total cost including shipping? I've been meaning to get my own stuff tested but keep procrastinating. $135 for peace of mind is worth it.

1. Ordered 15 vials, tested 1 randomly selected from the middle of the pack. All vials had the same batch number so I assume same production run. 2. Cake was compact, white, well-formed — didn't crumble when I gently tilted the vial. Some vendors I've tried had loose/fluffy cakes that partially collapsed. WWB's looked like pharma quality lyophilization. 3. Total order was $390 for 15 vials ($26/ea) + free shipping (they waive shipping over $300). > $135 for peace of mind is worth it. 100%. I test every new vendor on first order, then spot-check every 3-4 orders after that.

The molecular weight confirmation at 4113.58 Da is the part people overlook. That's the correct MW for semaglutide — it confirms you actually have semaglutide and not some other GLP-1 analog or a cheaper peptide being passed off as sema. I've seen cases where vendors were selling exenatide (MW ~4186 Da) as semaglutide. The MW check catches that immediately. 👀 Water content at 1.8% is also very good — lower moisture means better stability during storage.

Sorry for the noob question but what exactly does "peptide content 97.8%" mean vs the HPLC purity of 99.2%? I thought purity was purity?
