Three things I'd change:
1. Started with US warehouse from the beginning. My first three China direct orders were fine but the 16-21 day wait times were stressful. The US warehouse premium is worth it for the speed and reliability. Don't nickel-and-dime yourself on the margin when you're already saving 90% vs retail.
2. Tested more frequently early on. I didn't send my first batch to Janoshik until Order 1, which is correct, but then skipped testing until Order 3. In hindsight, I should have tested Order 2 as well to establish consistency faster. Now I test every other order, which feels like the right cadence.
3. Built up a buffer supply earlier. I was ordering just-in-time for the first 4 months, which meant any delay would have interrupted my protocol. Now I maintain a 6-8 week freezer supply. The peace of mind is immense. Treat your peptide supply like a pantry, not a just-in-time delivery system.
Other than that, I'm genuinely happy with the QSC experience. Product quality is consistent, US warehouse logistics are excellent, and the pricing — even after the March increase — is transformative compared to pharmaceutical channels. For anyone on the fence: start small, test everything, and scale up as you build confidence in the vendor. That's exactly what I did, and 10 orders later, it's been one of the best health decisions I've made.
