Reading this thread on Retatrutide and thyroid hits close to home. Dad of 2 checking in — I started at 273 lbs and felt like I would tried everything.

To answer AussieAnna: yes, I am on compounded sema from a 503B pharmacy.

Dr.PulmRoch — that is really helpful context on Retatrutide and thyroid. Follow-up question: what labs did your doctor order to monitor this?
I am in a similar situation (just started) and trying to set realistic expectations.
