bri_stats — that is really helpful context on Triple agonist sounds. Follow-up question: did you change anything about your diet at the same time?

I am in a similar situation (month 2) and trying to set realistic expectations.

Want to share my personal experience related to Triple agonist sounds scary - since I think it might help others in a similar situation.

I started my GLP-1 journey in October 2024 at 258 lbs with prediabetes and hypertension. My endocrinologist prescribed semaglutide 0.25mg to start.

Now, 14 months later: I am down 53 lbs, my labs have normalized, and I am off 2 of my 3 medications. The Triple agonist aspect specifically was something that made a big difference in my journey.

This community helped me every step of the way.

OP here — wow, did not expect this much response! Thank you all for the thoughtful replies on Triple agonist sounds.

To answer Dr.RheumBOS: I started tracking everything in a spreadsheet from day 1.

Quick update: I will post a proper update thread soon. Thanks again for the evidence-based discussion — this is exactly why I posted in a science-based community. 🙏

Want to share my personal experience related to Triple agonist sounds scary - since I think it might help others in a similar situation.

I started my GLP-1 journey in March 2025 at 275 lbs with metabolic syndrome. My telehealth provider prescribed semaglutide 0.25mg to start.

Now, 6 months later: I am down 60 lbs, my labs have normalized, and my sleep apnea has improved dramatically. The Triple agonist aspect specifically was something that made a big difference in my journey.

This forum was my go-to resource throughout.

Just wanted to say — for anyone reading this Triple agonist thread who is feeling discouraged: it gets better. The first few weeks are the hardest. Hang in there. 💪
